Welcome to Individual & Family Counseling

My counseling approach establishes a relationship of mutual respect and cooperation, taking into account the client’s spiritual, psychological, social, and biological needs. The client will set mutual goals enabling them to grow, develop, and commit to those aspects of their lives discussed during consultation. My ultimate goal is to enable the client to reach a place where they can resolve their issues without further assistance or intervention. Therapy offers the tools to achieve this goal.
