CBT for Insomnia


I recently completed an engaging professional development session on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals struggling with insomnia. The training offered valuable, evidence-based strategies for understanding and treating the thoughts and behaviors that disrupt healthy sleep. It was inspiring to be surrounded by therapists who are equally passionate about helping clients restore balance and improve their quality of life. The collaborative spirit in the room—filled with learning, sharing, and curiosity—reminded me how much growth happens when professionals come together to refine their skills.
